Good day. On Monday the 31st of July 2023 I ordered On Ubereats using my card, R251.90 was deducted, only to find I used the wrong address. I immediately canceled and was shown calculations on how much they gonna take and refund the rest. There was also a message I always saw saying "waiting for refund" money will be refunded within 10 days. But couldn't contact them through that order history until yesterday when I tried contacting them through another successful order where I managed to write about my refund. I asked about what's happening since It's now 7 days and no refund. Then I was told there will be no refund since its now more than 48 hours. So what happens to my hard earned money since I didn't even get the food. Are they now running a ****ming scheme?
