I ordered food on the 15/07/25, the driver dropped off the food and I paid cash. Minutes later I get a message from ubereats that I owe the meal because the driver could not find me so the delivery was not done. I have been sending them messages through their useless chatbot but I’m still required to pay. I cannot even get the details of the driver
