Mediocrity in service delivery

It is with great disappointment that such businesses are allowed to operate at legit companies in the country,I place an order of pizza through ubereats the delivery did not reach my destination,and do not make compensation or atleast have a better feed back about a way forward,Noel Sam as the pick up driver did not make an effort to call and say he's close not outside,I made several calls to the number but my call was not answered,the person was not even outside my gate and did not reach out, how is such service delivery allowed,such **** companies cannot be allowed to operate on this manner
