purchased food on the 05 May 2024 and never receive my food. He took a picture from his bike not from the location on the actual order. He buzzed me for record sake but never arrived. I paid for food I never received. There's no customer support line where one can call and follow hence drivers are so rude and not accountable. I gave uber eats feedback via the web site under orders tab I haven't receive contact from them. The only have one line for restaurant not clients /customers that actual purchase this food. So, we as customers do matter to a point of sensible support. We only get a questionnaire on the web which does not care to do follow up as long as you pay their money. Drivers cannot wait to get free food from clients who pay. I'm so mad at this disrespect and inconsiderate selfish act of this organization.
