I made an order of over R300 and the driver never arrived. We had an exchange while waiting outside. He kept claiming he was outside and I told him I'm also outside, clearly he went to a wrong address, I even told him my apartment name and asked him to ask around. Instead I got a message saying he left my delivery at the door, mind you I stay on a complex, I'm not sure which door and he left . He did not even answer the phone, he kept chatting until he left and stopped responding. When I logged a complain with Uber, they said it's my problem, I was not there. So they believed the driver. I've been using them for a while, i'm not sure what happened, clearly it's now taken them to a different location without changing anything from my end. I just wish they could refund me and stop telling me stories. Uber eats I will never use you again and I would never recommend anyone to use you.
