****med by Ubereats Driver

On 17 March 2025 i purchased some Snacks at the local filling Station in Vereeniging, i was using Ubereats and the driver didn't deliver my parcel but i got a notification saying that my order was delivered when it wasn't how did he get my otp?? , i tried escalating the matter to the ubereats chats immediately on the App but this matter wasn't attended to, what kind of service is this? What kind of **** is this? Whom do i blame?? How do we report this matter to the Customer service board?? I cant be ****med by a brand which claim to be trusted
