I was ****med by UberEats on an order that I placed on Saturday at 14:08 and the schedule arrival time was between 16:00-17:00 as I was waiting outside for my order I realized around 18:00 that I've waited for so long and I was concerned what happened to my order. I decided to login on the app to my surprise the order said completed and I called the kfc to ask about my food and I was told the driver had left with my order so because I wanted to ask them if I can pick up the order. They told me to communicate with the UberEats team.When I went to the UberEats app to ask about my order I was told that I'm not eligible for refund. This felt like a daylight *******, I bought the food because I had a 75rand promotion and I thought why not spoil my kids. Only to be ****** my money, I'm very disappointed and I've never had such a bad experience 😞 R141.54 may seem small but I'm hurt
