Service is appalling and we are being ****** by the drivers. I stood outside waiting for driver, he says in the chat his outside. But there is absolutely no show. It's a busy area and the delivery was at my place if work. This driver was not there. Furthermore my delivery instructions are very clear -"drop it by security" he took a picture of food on the ground. Probably took the food after taking the picture then leaving with it. I immediately placed the very same order as I was starving and wanted this chicken licken order I'd placed. No refund, no replacing of food by UberEATS,no voucher nor credit, I just paid 240 for 10 wings which is serious bull****. I think what's even more frustrating is the fact that UberEATS and it's reps are so unhelpful, not empathetic. We are sick of Uberea drivers, if they not angry, they bring wrong orders, now they **** us of our orders? I'm in disbelief
