I came on this platform to complain about being charged for food that was not delivered and reflecting as delivered on the app. And ofcouse Ubereats help is of no help at all saying they won't give me a refund. There are thousands of people being ****med this way by reading the reviews on this platform. Surely this cannot be allowed to continue, this is thousands of rands being ******. My order was for R400 alone. We do these reviews and complaints but how is this solving these issues. The consumer is not protected from these ************ service providers. More needs to be done in the way of accountability.
