****med by ubereat driver and the company

I have been using this app and never had a problem until today, I feel so ****med by the driver and also the company. The name of the driver is Fortunate his driving a bike LK90VKGP. As we were communicating with him, cos he went to the wrong address, even though I left instructions just inacse the having issues. He said he won't come for free. Am ****ed and disgusted, I lost my R213.40. The company doesn't want to refund me. I will never ever use uber. I have been a client for more than 13 to 15 years now.
