****med by Uber eats and their driver

An Uber eats driver ****med me (claimed I never paid when I paid in cash and received my order yet, the status of my order says cancelled) I’ve sent emails and reported the matter after they took money from my account. They claim they can’t refund me because I didn’t report the matter within 47hrs which is nonsense because I did and they didn’t respond.
