****med by Uber Eats and it's driver for Yassir Express Braamfontein

I placed an order from Yassir Express Braamfontein through uber eats and the driver rode closer to where my address was. he then texted me saying he arrived, but the app was showing he is still 2 minutes away, i went outside and he wasn't there. i told him to ride to where the adress is becuase where he was was not what was showing on my adress details. he then started saying he cannot come where i am, i must come to where he was. i couldn't have walked there because it was late around 7pm and it wasn't safe. he eventually said he will come through, but he still didn't, the bike was not moving. shortly after that he sent a message saying he can't see me and he is leaving, i must cancel the order. he then marked the order as completed with a blank dark picture claiming that's where he left my order. Now uber is telling me they can't refund me because he marked the order as complete. At this point i am convinced the uber agents work together with these drivers and the store. i need my money back!
