I was ****med by Uber Eats. I placed an order on Uber Eats for pizza bought from Debonairs Brackenfell today at 13:14. The delivery was scheduled for 15:00-15:30. All I received was an email saying that my order had been received then suddenly at 15:06, I receive a notification on my app that I must enjoy my order. Alarmed at this I called Debonairs Brackenfell to enquire about my order as I didnt receive it. They told me to contact Uber Eats. When I reported this on the app they say that I shared my pin with the driver and that confirms delivery, which I didnt. I want my refund back. Uber Eats is a ****. The driver's name is Bernhard.
