On 16 Nov 2025, I ordered food from Tasty Gallos, East Gate through Uber Eats. The food was never delivered. When I complained to Uber Ears, they claimed that the driver had delivered at my address. This was a simple lie. I could see on the App that the driver had gone to the wrong address. I sent him several messages on the App but he never responded. I also tried to call him on the numbers provided. He never answered. I have been ****med by Uber Eats and will never use them again.
