My wife made an order of about R380 on the 25th of Aug and the food was never delivered and the driver never called but UbaEats never did anything any she lost the money after several complaints of their App. Samething happened to me on the 27th of Aug where the driver said he arrived but no one came to collect but i was seating outside the gate and no driver arrived abd UbaEats did not refund me after i made the complaint. I have been hearing lots of people complaining about this since it happened to us and i have been telling people about. In 2 days we lost about R800 and nothing was done by UBA Eats. It seems as if they are now running a ****
