Good Morning- I feel as thought i was ****med by the peaple controlling the app , I ordered food on the 02/07/2024 which i never received , the driver sent came into the wrong gate did not follow intructions on where to live the food he took a photo of the ground and left with my order to enjoy when i query this with the app immediatley the is an automated replay that my order in eligible for a refund the waited 16mins which is not true their driver did not follow any intructions what so ever and have my lunch for himself, what pains me is that ive been using this app for years and even sighned up for the uber one which the deduct money every month on my account , the app company did not not resolve my matter in a proffesional way, withought even me comfirming my order with a pin and where else he was a wrong point of delivery
