McDonald's Wonderpark and Uber eats

I would actually rate them 0,because i did not receive my order, we ordered on the app and make a payment at 18H48 and according the app the order was expected to be delivered at 19H30. Around 19H20 when we checked the progress of the order on the app the time had changed to 19H40,by 19H45 we had not received our order when we tried to check on the app the oreder was not there, there was not even a trace thats when i called McDonald's wonderpark, and I spoke to tje supervisor who told me that our order should be delivered by now, but unfortunately he cannot trace the order because at 19H30 the uber eats app closes, and they cant check or trace the oreder, he then told me to call uber eats, the number i called did not go through, and actually there is no clear instructions on how to contact them in case of missing orders, then i called McDonald's Wonderpark again to ask for the numbers they told me they dont knw the numbers and they dont even know who was supposed to deliver my order. They asked for my details and said they will call me tomorrow because they are closing now and there is nothing they can do for me. I ordered the food because i needed them at time, what good will it be if they call tomorrow, by the way i had already paid on the app. So i paid for the food that i did not receive
