Lying delivery man

Two points:

1. Thank you for refunding my payment for delivery not made yesterday. 2. The driver who was supposed to deliver my food has faced no repercussions failing to deliver my order, as I was unable to find how to do this via the app. - He apparently arrived at my house and hooted at the gate. He didn't bother to call, SMS, WhatsApp (though unprofessional, it's an option), etc. He simply hooted and left. My house is at least 50m away from the gate. Nobody can hear anybody hoot at the gate. - After I eventually retrieved his contact details to ask about his whereabouts (after having waited over 90 minutes), he blatantly **** about having delivered the food.

I know that generally UberEats delivery men are quite decent so there must be repercussions for this man. After waiting for a total of 3 hours and being **** to I'd appreciate it if something was done presently. Out of respect I will not divulge the man's contact details on this public platform so I'd appreciate it if you get in contact with me as soon as possible.
