Lost parcel driver stole it

Driver drove away with one of my packages and now he is unreachable. I would like to get my lost items back. This ride was requested at 13:00pm but driver stayed in the same location for 20minutes and only started the ride t 13:30pm making me wait a whole 30minutes before he arrived whilst the app kept showing him as being 2minutes away from my pickup spot. I want my items back and will no longer be using this app due to the poor service as even your helpline is unhelpful and keeps sending automated messages with no feedback on where my parcel is or how I will get it back. 24hours later I still have not received a way forward
