Lost food

A month ago i ordered from Sticky wings, via uber eats, i was told Robert was on his way to deliver the food. He didnt come. I was fully charged. Days later after i have complained they refunded me with a voucher. Today i order from KFC, they debit twice from my account. Claim to have contacted me but there are no missed calls nor messages. "mike" leaves a message and says he tried calling me but i didnt get any calls both on the app and my phone.
