Lost family meal

Afternoon I made an order on Ubereats on Wednesday the 27 August at 3:26 in the afternoon and I received a pin but I did no receive then I made another order for the second time but I got the same pin that I got the first time when I tried to make a complaint with the hope that they will at least refund my money for the first order that I did not receive I was told that my first order was left next to the company building at the door because the delivery guy did not reach me on my cell which I never receive ant call just a massage telling he has arrived but when I went out side I did no see an delivery form Ubereats . What Annoys me the most is that their app is not user friendly
