Lost delivery guys, just totally lost

They just don't know what they are doing! Order placed at 6pm Estimated delivery time 6:50pm At 7pm theres no delivery recieved The app stated that theres a delay and I will receive delivery at 7:10pm By 7:30pm they had already switched between 5 different delivery personnel and none were able to get my delivery to me. Then one of the guys messages me to find out where the restaurant is! By 8pm the app states that they were unable to deliver. Yep so 2 hours of just them juggling around and looking probable lost with my food. What a service! Please guys if u want a proper service, use another delivery app not this one.
