LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

I wish I could give minus 10 stars. I have been an extremely loyal customer of uber and ubereats for years. Ordering multiple times a day. So much so people would buy me uber vouchers as gifts! Today I delete the app. I ordered groceries from Yassir, which the store confirmed was fulfilled. I received a notification to say the delivery was delivered but the driver did not show up, I tried to contact the driver multiple times to no avail. When reporting on the app and reaching out multiple times, they said the driver tried to contact me which is false nobody arrived and nobody contacted me! The driver simply vanished with my large delivery and uber was extremely unhelpful and could not give me proof that they even attempted to contact me or arrieved. Never using this service again because it is completely unacceptable and disappointing! I've just lost hundreds of Rands because an uber driver was dishonest and the chat bot just spits out generic responses and you don't get a human helping you!
