Lord be with you if you ever need a reversal

I have nothing good to say about this company, my honest opinion I say is stay away from this ******* company.

APRIL 2021 I placed an order, provided 3 attempts and two conscious cancellations of the 3

However the 3rd order gets automatically cancelled due to the supplier being unable to honor the request.

Great, I get a notice and confirmation for the other 2 orders getting reversed into my back account, but not the 3rd

Naturally I go query this and they tell me the usual "get the hell off my back" reply, please wait 3 - 5 working days and the money will be reversed, and I go ahead and wait.

6th day nothing 7th day nothing.

Alright I mail them again, "sorry order was not placed using your account please get the account holder who placed the order using your card to query it"

I get the account holder to mail, "Sorry you queried this reversal past the 3 working day point we cannot assist"

Now this is just theft, I have screen shots of you guys telling me it will be reversed in 3 - 5 working days and now this.
