Livid client,UberEats

I ordered from the uber eats on Sunday KFC Florida, Arnold is the driver who delivered at my place took R115 from me because I opted for cash as a payment method. To my knowledge and surprise, when logging onto the UberEATS app, I am receiving a notification that the driver reported me that I did not pay for the food, yet I gave him money and received my food.

Why did I receive the food then If I am reported to not have paid for the food and urged to pay for the same amount on the app using my bank card before making another order. I am highly disappointed and demand answers and need this to be rectified and have the driver Investigated for *****ulency.
