Food was *****ulently bought online from Nandos Greenstone, using my son, Mahlatse's details, he was at school in Kempton Park at time of purchase and delivery to Greenlee Estate, I also never got any OTP to confirm the transaction, when advised of the incident, Uber Eats talks nonsense.

17 Sept 2025, 11:28I contacted Uber Eats in order to amicably resolve the matter; they showed no appetite to resolve and told me that they are closing the matter even when I explained that my child whom they allege used the account to order was at school far from the delivery address, they don't want to take accountability, which shows total disregard for customers, why would I just say ther was ***** committed if it is not true?
