Lenasia ubber eats

I bought kfc through ubber eats yesterday, and my order was not delivered, I got the massage from the app indicating that the driver has arrived but when I get out side there was no one,I did log a complaint but it was not helpful because they said their driver followed thier policy and they cant refund me,while the driver didn't even pitch to my premises.
