Left eating air for dinner

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Last night uber rude Uthman, the Uber delivery driver, came to my estate, did not follow the instructions to get my order to me. My delivery was set for meet at door, he said he arrived once he was through the gate. I told him I couldn’t see him at my door and then I tried to call him. He ignored my call. I tried to call two more times and he ignored those calls. Then when the timer ran out, he put the food on someone’s car took a picture and then left with it. When security tried to stop him because he didn’t have an exit code, he was rude to them and followed another delivery guy who was leaving out the gate. Uber eats will not give me a refund because “he followed procedure” and I didn’t answer him when he tried to contact me, which is untrue. Do not order with Uber Eats you will not get any support, you will be left chewing on air for dinner and when they respond to you 10 hours later, they will tell you you will not be getting a refund for a service that was not rendered.
