Late order

My order was supposed to be delivered at 19:55 by 20:30 my order had not arrived. When I tracked my order I realized that the driver was collecting delivering and collecting other orders while he had mine with him. When I eventually canceled the order Ubereats charged me for the order. This is daylight ******* honestly
