Late delivery service

I ordered KFC for delivery today. Uber eats was the delivery service provider. My food arrived an hour late. I had to call KFC to enquire and was told that Uber eats didn't pick up the food order as it was ready for Uber eats to pick up. My wife had to place another order through Mr D for delivery and within 20min our food. arrived.
