Last time using ubereats

Ordered from Uber eats. Didn’t receive everything I ordered. Reported the item missing and they refunded less than half. When I queried it, I was sent a long winded generic mail stating company policy takes a lot of factors into account. Bottom line I paid R40 for an item. Didn’t get it and they refunded R18. Not even sure how they came up with that number. Easy solution is to only use MR delivery going forward. Great service and even better customer service as they are backed by takealot
