I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service received. I ordered lamb chops costing R160, but what was delivered was of far lesser value. I emailed immediately after receiving the order, yet received no response.

Now, two days later, your system claims it’s too late to report the issue – conveniently ignoring the fact that I raised it in time. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability.

I demand a full refund and immediate resolution.
