l nee my money back

l am very livid, l placed an order of 305rand, the uber guy said that he is scared to come to my area, l have screenshots of this but no one is listening to me, this driver did not come to my place, he was not even in my area, l was communicating with him through uber chat and then uber tells me am not due a refund, well you are all out of your damn minds if you think l am here to give away my money, l will go to any length to get my money back, l have deleted all my uber applications l want absolute nothing to do with this horrible company that eats peoples monies, @ubereats you are a ****, l need that money back
