Kids sleeping hungry due to poor service!

I placed an order for my kids for food, before 5 last night because me and my husband was out. About 7pm my kids asked me mommy where is the food?? Just to find out my order has been cancelled without any communication with me. The bad thing is they deducted the money from my account and there was no way of getting the money back even to get my kids other food. My poor kids almost had to sleep hungry because of this poor service. I had to make another plan. This is so unacceptable because my money was only refunded the next morning!
