Khangwelo the driver stole our food!

I ordered food on Saturday 30 May from Barcelos Jean Avenue. The driver by the name of Khangwelo said he was at the gate we opened 3 times and even communicqted with him via the chat icon to inform him that we've opened the gate. He was rude and a few minutes later my App indicated that my food had been delivered. How is that possible when i never received my order? This man was not even at our gate when we checked??? Ubber Eats does not even have a call centre number which we can call to lay a grievance, this is really unprofessional. I hope I will be reimbursed my money I'm so annoyed!
