KFC order not received

I ordered a kfc meal for R156.99, the driver did not deliver my food instead he took a picture of it in a place I don't even know. The driver was very rude his name according to the app is Bekezala. I have all the proof that I was waiting at the gate and he was not there, I asked him to call but he said he doesn't have airtime and when I called he was not picking up but after a while he did and told me I am wasting his petrol.
