KFC Brentwood park and uber eats have DISGRACE service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i placed an order at with Uber eats at KFC in Brentwood park, placed an order as a pickup at 21:16, ubereats took my money. i drove to kfc to pick up my order by 21:25 the ladies at kfc said they are closed i must call Ubereats because their are closed and sadly they dont have internet, please advise how do i get my money back and I waisted my fuel driving to collect what i ordered, the service is a disgrace and bit shady ....how can on the app i can place and order and they deduct money but the store is closed at 21:00 yet on the internet it says they close at 22:00. poor poor disgrace service and please pay me back my money as you waisted both my time and fuel.
