Kaak service from ubereats

I placed an order with ubereats on the app it showed that the driver has arrived I went outside waited for over 10 minutes and he was no where to be found,tried to call him with no luck, few days later I was debited for the food I did not receive now I tried to get in touch with ubereats on their app and even on Facebook they are telling me that they won't refund me and their driver did not deliver my food so I want my money back
