Just unsatisfyingly stupid

Normally i hardly ever had problems with them. I mean i dont eat take away all the time. So i ordered thinking that it was COD and not realizing that it has been deducted from my card. When the food arrived i paid the guy that delivered. Wait, before u say u dumb *****! After the one time i paid with my card i made it a point to change my payment method to cash. And thats how its been going. But that day, because they already have my info they decided to take it off my card. And me not even realizing as usual paid the cash. Sat down started eating and now i find out i paid twice so emailed uber help. They said they were sorry i mean back and forth deligent and they said it has been refunded it takes 3-5 business days. I thought oh god! For that amount isnt it easier to just say order something nxt time. Anyway i said ok. Said thank you i mean the emails were coming fast the response. Now its been two weeks.not that it makes a big difference in my life but when i emailed saying refund hasnt come thru , can u pls let me know whats happening. Boy, no response. Now am thinking i have to see this. Wrote again no response all that fast and furious response in the begining. Has gone dead quiet! You know rather than making all that apology and pretending to care and responding before i even got through the one email, just say hey it happened we dont refund, we are not liable we keeping it thats how we operate. Straight talk break no freindship instead of really going overboard for something that they knew wasnt happening. And honestly for something so small and petty it was one order, why *****? Anyway, it was funny but really dumb and petty to lose a regular client over a small amount of cash. And am talking just me adding other people that are also regulars who iam damn sure have had this issue will also be gone. For something we pay for there is always another service that will provide. But talk about being tiny small minded! Anyway, if this is it i say good riddance to bad service. Dont u think so , folks!
