I've ordered food for delivery, and the driver waited at the wrong address. When I tried to get hold of him from the number on the message page, I couldn't get through. I wrote several messages to verify the delivery address while I was waiting at the gate. Few minutes later, I got a message to say order delivered. I contacted Uber Eats immediately. I was told it would be investigated. 2hrs later, I'm told *Next time I should make sure to turn my notifications in case the delivery partner tries to get hold of me.* And I'm not eligible for a refund. It's not about a refund, since I had to drive and buy directly at the shop and to check I'd the driver took my food back to the shop. Unfortunately, he never returned to the shop.
