Items missing to the value of over r100, and being refunded r14 is sick lol, u could've kept the refund really.....

With a wrong order, that cost me dearly.....over a r100, they refunded me r14, it's not actually about the money, for all I care, they could've kept the r100

But the mere fact that they tried to fix the problem by refunding me only r14, it's a slap in the face. They could've kept the money and just apologize lol.....

If I had their account number I would've given back the r14 lol. R100 isn't that much, but multiply that by say, 30 orders per day.....never using you guys again lol
