Items missing!

The last three times I ordered from Ubereats there has been a cold drink missing. I ordered from 3 different restaurants. The last time Ubereats simply rep**** "Sorry to hear about your experience and we appreciate. We encourage you to rate the restaurant..". I am not sure what I should appreciate (that was copied and pasted. Bye Ubereats, Hello Mr Delivery.
