It took almost 4 hours to get my order!!!!?

I'm not one to complain a lot, so best believe when I take my precious time to do this it means things are out of hand. For the past 5-6 months UE has been dropping the ball. But today they've attained a new record low. It took 4 hours to finally get my order. The first order took about 1.5 hrs only to be told it was taken by the wrong driver who suddenly turned his phone off when they attempted to reach him. I then tried a different store(same franchise KFC), only to get my order 2.5 hrs later. I suggest they introduce a cancellation button because this is just poor service
