Issue with Debonairs Pizza order

I ordered a pizza from Debonairs on May 24th, 2025, via Uber Eats. However, the driver arrived without notifying me and left without delivering the food. I contacted Uber Eats, but they informed me that there would be no refund. The order total was R275.80, which I did not receive. I'm requesting assistance with this matter.
