The word disappointed doesn’t even begin to encapsulate how I feel. To be charged a fee for food that didn’t even arrive nor did I even is absolutely ludicrous. 💔

I placed and order and your app used my work address instead of my personal address. When I tried to modify an address it then didn’t allow me and told me this is not possible and mind you this was 5 minutes after the order was placed. The total order was equal to 146.66

To cancel this order I was charged 113.96

Please explain the logic of this ? Why am I being ******ed for food that I didn’t even receive ?

This is absolutely atrocious and I’m being ******ed
