Invalid Uber Eats transactions through my bank account

Hi, Three transactions for Uber Eats went through my bank account for which i was not responsible for. I had not ordered any food through Uber Eats on those dates. My bank requires a paper trail where i made and attempt to take the issue up with Uber Eats before assisting. I am not able to get hold of their customer service by phoning the number on their website. (***) Nor is there an email address to direct my query.

Please advise what i should do from my side in order to get Uber Eats to investigate and resolve the matter.
