*****ing food and money!!

UberEats drivers ***** your food and when you try to get in touch with the driver, they turn their phones off. If you try to get in touch with Uber, you can only submit an issue and then just need to hope that someone will contact you.

If you log an issue, no one ever replies to the issue.

When I asked what would be done with the *****ing of food, they didn't answer me. If the driver stole my food they will ***** someone else's food as well. It's not good enough to only refund the user, they need to make an effort to stop the food *****ing.

I phoned the restaurant that I ordered from and they said that they get this *****ing of food complaint too often and that is just one of the restaurants I spoke to.
