*****ing food

I order food online from KFC over the weekend, little did I know they use UberEats. The driver sms'd, did not ring the door bell (we have two) or parked in front of our gate (we have a Wyze video camera). After 5 minutes of no response, he cancelled our order and left with our food. I messaged him and his response we don't ring doorbells but he clearly was also not near our house as per our Wyze video camera. He just stole our food. I even tipped him really well. We phoned KFC but they re-directed us to UberEats with a contact number. When you phone this call centre number, you speak to a foreigner with an Indian accent , who just keep saying you have an invalid order number and you must re-spell your name. There is a big loophole for drivers to ***** your food as they only have to show they sms'd you and then play hide and seek to claim your food.
