Incorrectly Charged For A Cancelled Order

I placed an order via Uber Eats on the 19 November 2025, I than cancelled the order before it was even delivered. I was not charged for it, on the 22 January 2026 I was later charged for it. Now when I query it they tell me its past the refund time, how is that possible when I was charged almost 2 months later. I want my refund today or else there will be more than just this.

I send an email and apparently this mailbox does not receive emails.
