incorrectly charged

worst experience ever. i ordered R290 worth of goods from a convenience store, and received only R90 worth of the goods. the rest of the goods were cancelled and marked out of stock. i was charged the R290 as soon as i ordered. i checked my bank statement and bank balance., the R290 was charged. i contacted ubereats for a refund and they gave me a blanket statement that said i wasnt charged for the goods. again, i checked my bank statement and bank balance, and the R290m was charged. theynrefused to process my refund. this is the 3rd time this has happened. dont order from these people, they are *******.
